3/2/1@T 2/26

Fairly decent workout. Was going to do my fartlek today and the 3/2/1 on Friday, but swapped them around. Got out a bit later than I'd have liked, so things started to get kind of dark half way into the 2 mile mark. Couldn't see the ground as much as I'd have liked and so I think it slowed things down a little bit trying to figure out where to put my feet. Lots of short steps and high steps. Think I'm getting a cold. Took the soles out of the R2s, felt good.
