Went to the track again. AT was a bit stiff in the morning. Did 2.5 miles worth of jogging the turns and sprinting the straights. Things felt pretty good. AT was a bit sore, but not extreme. Stretched after warm-up, before cool down and when I got home. Did some form drills. I really need to work on stretching and make it part of my routine - and a slow warm-up.
