Easy AT Recovery Day 2 5/15

Easy day trying to rehab the AT a bit. Felt fine on the run. Noticed it for sure, but not painful. Did some light stretching before a cool-down - might have helped. AT not nearly as stiff as has been the following morning. Mileage for the week is shot to hell. Another easy week next week might be in store as well. Need to focus on VT100 and CBHM, not yearly mileage - or streaking...
