Turkey Trot Phase II Week VI
Awful, horrible, no good week this past week. No real workouts. Couple of crappy stroller runs. This week I need to hit the ground running. Not going to build mileage, just push it back to where it was. Not sure what my Q workouts will be without looking, but will update later...

Sunday - Long 10
Monday - Q1 - 8
Tuesday - Easy 6.5
Wednesday - Stroller 4
Thursday - Q2 - 8
Friday - Easy 7
Saturday - Stroller 4
