Crap Day 8/12

Worked last night. Attempted to do my Q1 workout. Didn't work so well. Did the first set and had nothing in me. Difficult to even keep a 37 200, for a 2:28 800. Did one set plus an extra 200 and quit. Did a few miles barefoot on the track. Figured best not to kill myself for crap, better to save it for later...
