BF Loop 11/1

First day in a few days. Been trying to work on diet a bit - going more Paleo. Still getting a bit of wheat in my diet, but not as much. Trying to get more meats and fat from meat. More fruits. Thinking I'm actually eating better.

Decided to take some time off, so instead of going hardcore just going to do some easy light stuff. More barefoot stuff. Really just want to let things heal - i.e. my ankle. Felt pretty good all things considered.
