J-Hill+ 11/30

Another day with another run. Cold out, snow on the ground. Ankle felt better than yesterday, but still semi-tight/full. The pain/tension comes when I'm flat footed and lean forward. It's behind the ankle, but above it. Think it's a tendon.

Some slipping in the huaraches on Juniper Hill where it get's snowy. Tried to keep the slipping to a minimum. Did an okay job. Not sure how it's going to go once the roads get really snowy...

Barefoot for 1.4 felt pretty good. Wore pants and pulled them up to my knees once I got warmed up. There was a little water on the roads, pretty sure it was the salt melting the snow which I should avoid, but my feet didn't really feel it. Might be getting a blister from the sock on the thong...
