Another fairly decent week. Had to cut my 1200 workout short because my calf started to get tight. Glad I did I think. Probably could have pushed through it, but who knows what would have happened with my 4/3/2/1. Did the 4/3/2/1 and did it well. On pace, felt good. Sore, but good. Ankles not a good sore, achey on the outside. Feel like I'm kind of losing steam with the running thing, maybe it's the change of weather or that there's a lot going on - house, baby, etc. - I'm not sure. Think getting through the 4/3/2/1 injury free helped my mental state though.
