5x1600 1x3200@T 9/4

Was going to do a long run, but things got pushed back to the end of the day. Figured I might as well go to the track and get my workout out of the way. Maybe do a long run tomorrow. Things felt pretty good all in all. Legs are tired, ankles a bit sore, right calf is sort of tight.

Weekly plan called for 6x1600, ended up doing 5x1600 plus 1x3200. Last 3200 was tough, but got it done. Goal pace was 5:50, average pace was 5:44. Quicker than I wanted, but not bad all the same. Minute rest.
