4/3/2/1@T 9/14

Nice workout. Was a little apprehensive getting started. Wasn't sure my legs were up to it. All the niggling injuries over the past few weeks have kind of made this running thing enjoyable. Just looking forward to CHaD and then a break. Today felt good though. Legs and hip flexers are a bit sore, but it's a good tired sore.

Stayed on pace for the most part. Little fast, but not overly so.
