4x1200@I

Was going to do a 5x1200, but my stupid calf started getting a little tight again. No need to push it so I stopped. Thinking I might have to nix my 4/3/2/1 later. Need to keep hydrated and make sure I'm getting the right foods. The four I did felt pretty good. They were tough, but not impossible. Thought I did enough mileage for 8.0, but apparently it was only 7.5. Kind of a bummer...
