2x400@R 1200@I 2x1600@T Down 9/7

Decent workout. Wasn't what I had planned, but still pretty good. Was talking with brother coach and went into it not exactly sure what to do. I was debating doing 2x1600@I and 2x1000@I. I was going to do it, but got to the 1200 mark of the 1600 and pulled out.

These workouts that run through all paces are pretty tough. Legs are tight and sore, but it's a good sore.
