Killer workout today. Think it was because yesterday was a decent R workout. Hope it was, because otherwise I'm really out of shape. Legs felt sore, but the pace was killer. Usually I can pop T miles at 5:50 or below and it's pretty easy. Today I was fighting to keep them where they were and the last two drifted up a bit much for my liking.
