2x1600@T 7/19

Pretty crappy run. Went out to do 5 or 6 miles, hamstrings felt really tight so I ended up just doing two then jogging a couple of barefoot miles. Don't think I pulled anything, but felt more than just a strain so played it safe. No need to bugger things up this early on...
