Easy, really slow run. Didn't feel that slow, but... Wore the Drill Masters. First time in a while I've worn them for an actual run. Legs definitely sore afterwards. Left second toe felt a little wonky half way in. Not sure I really want to keep wearing them. Might try to intersperse them a bit.
Glad I'm taking things easy, but today definitely didn't feel 7:45. Starting to second guess my fitness. According to JD my full and half match up pretty well, and it puts my 5k mid 17...
