Easy Recover 12/20

Still feeling kind of rough from yesterdays run. Toe still numb, foot felt like it had a massive foot cramp. Tried to stretch it out some. Rolling helps a bit - nice knot in my calf that makes my big toe twitch when I roll it. Think I might be getting some feeling back after a short run. Going to try to lance the blister tomorrow. Really anxious, kind of annoyed I beat up my ankle so much. Think I can get through it. Ankle was a bit swollen today.
