So with the CHaD bombed and no Turkey Trot, I think it's time for a bit of time off. Maybe. I'll probably keep at things - 15/30 miles a week. Try to do some yoga. Rest my ankle. See if it gets better.
For next year I want to run at least one half and at least one full marathon.

Would love to find a couple for that June-Oct mid part. Don't think Smuttynose Indoor Half is an option, but maybe Kerry might still be out on maternity leave...
